Many of her clients are downsizing, settling estates, separating, relocating, or reassessing what “home” looks like in a new chapter. She understands that these moments often carry emotional weight, family dynamics, and time pressure - and that the right guidance matters just as much as the result.
Known for her measured, no-pressure approach, Vanessa focuses on clarity, strategy, and advocacy. Her role is to help clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward in a way that feels right for them - not rushed, not assumed.
With over 12 years of experience in real estate, negotiation, and client advocacy, plus more than 15 years in compliance and regulatory roles with the Department of Human Services, Vanessa brings professionalism, discretion, and steady guidance to every property journey.
While her primary focus is now on residential sales, she continues to act as a Buyers’ Agent for a small number of long-standing clients or out-of-area buyers struggling with distance, where appropriate. This dual perspective gives her a deeper understanding of buyer behaviour, negotiation dynamics, and what truly drives outcomes in today’s market.
Based on the Coffs Coast, Vanessa is passionate about helping people align their property decisions with the life they’re stepping into next.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her on her boogie board at Sawtell Beach, out on a trail in the hinterland, being her daughter’s “strapper” at equestrian events, volunteering with her Rotary Club, or sharing a meal with family and friends. This is home - and she loves helping others find theirs.
