This dual experience provides:
-
A deep understanding of vendor strategy
-
Insight into pricing psychology and negotiation tactics
-
The ability to anticipate how listing agents operate
Having worked with both buyers and sellers in Australia and internationally, Vanessa understands the motivations, pressures, and leverage points on both sides of a deal.
A Background in Compliance
Vanessa has spent over 15 years working in Federal Government compliance.

Feel uncertain about pricing

Want strong negotiation without emotional involvement

Legislative Clarity in NSW
In New South Wales, the law is clear.
Under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW), an agent cannot represent both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction.
This ensures transparency and eliminates conflicts of interest.
Vanessa respects and operates strictly within this legislation. When acting as a Buyers Advocate, her fiduciary duty is solely to the buyer. When acting for a seller, her obligation is solely to the vendor.
She does not - and will not - act for both parties in the same transaction.
However, she can represent sellers in some transactions and buyers in entirely separate transactions - always with full transparency and compliance.
